We’ve been proud partners with the good people at Ramen Tatsu-Ya since both of our businesses were just starting out. Back then, chefs / hip-hop DJs Tatsu Aikawa and Takuya Matsumoto reached out to us to help them envision the first brick-and-mortar ramen shop in Austin. They wanted to reveal ramen for what it really is: the soul food of Japan.

Four shops (and three additional concepts) later, we’re still envisioning. Our goal with each location is to create a space that’s unique yet recognizable as Ramen Tatsu-Ya. It’s warm, it’s soulful, it’s high contrast. It’s a little hip-hop and a lot of energy.
